12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Ice Princess visits and photo ops at the entrance to the INDOOR Wonderland, Alderney Landing Theatre Rotunda FREE
12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Horse-drawn wagon rides presented by Alderney Real Estate Appraisals Ltd.. Loading area at East Coast Credit Union, 157 Ochterloney Street, rear entrance.
12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Fireside Song Circles presented by BOYNECLARKE LLP led by local musicians at 157 Ochterloney St, 163 Portland St and 71 Portland St. Marshmallows provided for roasting at these propane fire pits.
12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Loose Parts Playground on the park grounds near Prince Albert Road and Irishtown Road. Children of all ages invited to play outside with simple materials such as wood, milk crates, etc. The area is monitored by volunteers, but parental supervision is required. FREE
5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Free Skating Party with the Ice Princesses hosted by HRM District 5 Councillor Sam Austin and Zatzman Sportsplex

NEW FOR 2020 – ICE SCULPTURE PEOPLE’S CHOICE CONTEST WITH PRIZES! During the Saturday and Sunday of the Downtown Dartmouth Ice Festival presented by East Coast Credit Union everyone is invited to vote on their favourite ice sculpture.
There will be at least 25 sculptures this year, being carved at East Coast Credit Union, King’s Wharf and along Portland Street.
To vote, fill out a paper ballot (grab one and a mini pencil at one of the hot chocolate stations – King’s Wharf, East Coast Credit Union, 163 Portland Street, 71 Portland Street, 46 Portland Street) and Alderney Landing Theatre.
