We are so grateful to everyone who came out to support our Downtown Dartmouth Ice Festival: A heartwarming celebration of local love in support of United Way Halifax. It was a very cold day, but that did not stop thousands of people from coming out and watching the sculptors make twinkly magic out of 300 pound blocks of ice.
